AgroCity Inventory is an AgroCity mobile application for farm operations. Protecting your personal data is a priority for us.

1. Data we collect

Depending on the app features you use, we may process account and usage information, records entered in the app, device identifiers, photographs, NFC, RFID or QR scans and precise location data, including background location where required for route recording.

2. Legal basis and purpose

We process data to provide the requested service, fulfil our contractual obligations, secure and improve the application and, for permissions such as precise or background location, on the basis of your consent.

3. Permissions and your choices

The application asks for a device permission only when a feature requires it. You can refuse or withdraw a permission in your device settings, although the related feature may then stop working.

4. Storage and sharing

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data may be handled by AgroCity and trusted infrastructure or analytics providers under appropriate safeguards.

5. Security and international transfers

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data-protection authority (ANSPDCP).
